The Holy Spirit's gift of prophecy, is not fortune-telling but God's supernatural way of "forth-telling" - speaking through willing, submitted vessels to accomplish three essential purposes: to edify, to exhort, and to comfort the hearer. Though God can speak through anyone at anytime (even a Donkey) - this gift is designed to flow supernaturally through the surrendered and submitted lives of His children.
